Another sympathy card
Been a bad month when you have to make two of these for two work colleagues in two weeks.
So very sad, both taken by the horrible disease cancer.
Never ending card

Another workshop being planned
Do you want to make a photo frame handbag?
Great as a gift or to display a couple of photos. I will be running a workshop hopefully in June to make this.
Upcoming workshop
I will be running a workshop on making men's cards. I haven't any photos as yet, but if you would like to join me, please contact me. Not sure of the cost as yet, depends on numbers but probably around the £5 -£10 mark.
I might be making something like this as a card.

Cards and stuff
We also can take cards fir Telford, and our team leader wants to share a shoe box for crafting in the evening before. I hadn't got a shoe box, so decorated an old box. Just stamped on some copy paper, painted the box with gesso first and then attached a stamped piece of paper.
More swaps
Made swaps for Telford, and then told we need some more for team swaps, so these are what I came up with.
Busy, busy, busy
Last Saturday I spent the day making swaps ready for the Stampin' Up regional training event in Telford in a couple of weeks time.
Really pleased with the results. Bought a job lot of mini soaps from eBay, all different fragrances and colours which gave me the inspiration for the different colours to make.
Have used a number of colours. Used the envelope punch board, score board and a circle punch. Have used gorgeous grunge stamp, creative elements stamp and chalk talk for the label.
Used whisper white cardstock.
Sympathy cards
A couple of cards made this week.
Mix and matched the stamps. Words came from each other's set. The poppy one is a hostess set (simply sketched), whereas the other is in regular catalogue (hopeful thoughts). Colours used, whisper white cardstock, crisp cantaloupe, smoky slate.
I used the grey stamp for the bottom half of the tree, and crisp cantaloupe for the top half. I like the effect this has made.
Have added a couple of pearl gems from my own stash for accent.
Made the cards for someone who passed away recently from work, RIP Sam.
