Matching card and tag

Made the matching card and tag for the mini book, and I still have paper left over! I only started with about 6 sheets of A4, and two of them were embellishments! 

Well here's the card and tag.

Getting organised

Sorting out my Stampin Up supplies yesterday.  Came across a file on Pinterest were I could print out tags for each colour.  Thought I would make use of my filing cabinet drawer and staple the tags to each pocket.  Might need to change cabinet to two drawers as my collection grows.

What a damp Easter Sunday today? Thought I spend some time crafting.  Found a video on You tube this morning and thought I'd have a go.  It's simply made with a foolscap kraft folder, I found a tatty one in the drawer, and a pack of papers that you get free with a magazine.  These were Nitwits from Scrapbook magazine.  I've got a drawer full, which I don't know what to do with, so used some up.  There's even enough to make a matching gift card and greetings card to match.  It would make a great present for someone.  You could probably get something in the region of 18 pictures, if there small ones in it.

I'm pleased with the result.  I think I'll be off to staples tomorrow to get some more file pockets to make some more.  Might try making my own backing papers next time, by stamping them.

Thinking of you

Was asked to make a card.  Made this up tonight after work.  New stamps arrived, came in useful. Hostess gift, garden framelits weekly deal, matching stamps.

Daffodil basket

Made this yesterday.  Not sure if the punches are the right one, but good first attempt I think.  Used American Crafts card stock for the box, flowers and greenery.  Used Stampin' Up envelope board to make the basket, and flower shop and petite petals for the flowers. Used also the fringe scissors for the grass.

It's starting to look like Easter in our house now:

Got the yellow tulips from a friend at work for my birthday next week.  She wasn't seeing me next week so I got them early, thanks Sue.

Think I might add a few more flowers to my flower basket, perhaps tulips or crocus's, when I get my oval punch, coming next week.

Easter baskets

Here is an Easter basket I made this morning.

I have used StampinUp supplies: fringe scissors, Easter stamp from delightful dozen, envelope punch board for basket and bow, scallop tag punch for label.  The rest of the papers are from my stash and scraps. 

I found a tutorial on YouTube on how to make the basket which was suprisely easy.  I shredded the paper for inside using the office paper shredder, and fringe scissors for the grass.

Birthday cards in a box

Some new cards I've been playing with.  Stampin up stamps and some dove craft/trim craft paper I've had for a while. Finally found a use for it!
